Sunset on John Martin - Colorado

This shot was some of the first digital pictures I took after getting a digital camera. I had gone to John Martin Reservoir State Park. But this was taken actually before John Martin becoming a state park. I had decided to drive over John Martin Dam on my way home this one evening in March 2001. I decided to get out and stretch my legs some. While doing so, I snagged my digital camera. I thought that it was probably NOT going to turn out since the sun had already set. There was very little sunlight left. But to my surprise, it turned out to by the BEST picture I've taken yet!
